To me it's media matters - from freedom of responsible expression, to appropriate economic & political climate for full range of access to ideas, discussions and dialogues, as well as producing varying points of view, creative problem solving, and coexisting with others of differing viewpoints & positions - valid or not in any one person's mind.
Litigation is getting so expensive, only the monied have true access to our court system.
I think the most pressing legal issue is the imbalance of powers - in our government & legal system, as elsewhere - that tends to favor interests of business, corporations especially, over individual rights, and the good of our communities.
The wealthy as a whole have greater access to remedy, and public policy is pushing the small voice to the side, along with compassion.
i think imbalance power and the economy..it really affect in court system
